Do you service children?

Yes, we service children ages 4+ up.

Do work with all curl types?

I primarily work with tight curls (type 3-4).

Do you do any coloring services?

No.

I do not see any appointments available. How do I book?

We release our appointment calendar on a monthly basis. Our schedules open on the 15th of each month at 5 PM EST with availability for the following month. For example, you can schedule an appointment for May on April 15th.

If you do not see any appointments available then that means they are all booked. We do not currently offer a waitlist. It is highly encouraged that you sign for the email list so that you are made aware of cancellations. Sign up for email list

Policies

Late Arrivals

I offer a 10 minute grace period. Example: Your appointment is at 10am. You MUST BE in my salon suite by 10:10 in order to be serviced.

If you arrive 11 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your service. The cost of the fee does not go toward a future service. It covers the cost of lost time.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

• I understand that things come up because LIFE, right? You have up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment, free of charge. You can reschedule/cancel your appointment via your confirmation email or from the reminder emails you receive 3 days and 1 week before your appointment.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the service you scheduled. To cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, please send an email to info@thecusecurlfriend.com.

• Same-day cancellations are charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service.

No-call, no show

“No-call, no-shows” will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will be banned from booking any future appointments.
